In the beginning I might have written about how I started running with zombies run app, even though they are not regular and I practically only did running. One of my friend who also works out told me only cardio won’t be enough. Cardio should be done but other strength exercises are much important for an improved body. Specially for weight loss.
Since September has started now and I have not actually seen much results, considering my heavy diet. I have decided to take this seriously and workout (and not just go for running) but also eat healthy. This page will post about my everyday workout sessions, motivations and what I did throughout the day. Like a workout log. I will put these posts on a separate page. I will keep it short considering it is like a report about what I did.
When I will check this workout log again in September 2019, I hope the transformation is immense compared to day 1.
